Rules & Regulations

1. Complete and submit an official entry form found online at www.evisionspy.com/registration.html.
2. Following the guidelines set forth in the registration process as described on the web site concerning dress and photo style, submit two photographs of yourself to the mailing address below. NUDITY IS UNACCEPTABLE. You must submit one headshot and one 3/4 to full-length photo. Both photos must be at least 4” x 6”, and no larger that 4” x 6”. If mailing your photo, be sure to write your name, age and mailing address on the back of both photos with a felt tip pen. Photographs will not be returned. They will not be posted online.
3. The registration fee is $35.00. You can make a check or money order in the amount of $35.00 (no cash) made payable to Vision Spy, Inc. (The “Producer”) to the address below, or pay online through Paypal. The entry fee does not directly make up any prize or reward for the successful entrants. 4. You may enter by mailing a copy of your completed entry form, check or money order and photos to: Vision Spy, Inc., 855 South Federal Highway, Suite 205B, Boca Raton, Florida 33432 or through pay online through Paypal. Your envelope must be postmarked no later than 7/1/2005 or your Paypal payment must be received no later than 7/15/2005. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. By entering, contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. All entries become the sole property of the producer, and entries including photos will not be returned.
5. The opportunity to be selected, to be introduced to modeling agencies is open to females 5’ 6” x 6’ 2” of height and ages 13 to 25 as of 7/15/2005, and males 5’ 10” to 6’ 3” of height and ages 15 to 30 as of 7/15/2005, except residents of Iowa, Louisiana and Vermont. Employees of the Producer and their affiliates, subsidiaries and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
6. Those selected will be introduced to a minimum of 14 modeling agencies, and participate in a working video production shoot, which trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from an airport nearest the selected person’s home, and 4 nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations. Travel is subject to space and departure availability, and selected persons must travel on dates specified by Producer. Any expenses not mentioned above are selected person’s responsibility.
7. The selection of 16 persons will be determined on or about 07/20/2005 by a panel of judges comprised of industry professionals, under the supervision of the Producer, whose decisions are final. Entrants will judged on the information provided on their entry form, including personal statistics including height, weight and measurements (30%), and photographs, including the quality of the shot and model potential (70%). Selected individuals will be notified by phone and mail and must be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within 14 days of the date on the notification letter. If a selected individual is a minor, a parent or legal guardian will be required to execute the Affidavit. Any notification letter returned or undeliverable or failure to timely return Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, will result in forfeiture of being selected and award to runner up. Being selected is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the responsibility of the persons selected. Registration constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for producer to use the selected individuals’ name, images, and lieness for publicity purpose worldwide without additional compensation for five years following completion of selection. Producer and its affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, representative and agents (collectively “Company and Representative”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage-due mail. Participants in this selection process hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Producer and its representative from and againsty, and any all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever, that may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of being selected, or their participation in this selection process or any selection process related activity, or any travel related to the selection process or introduction to modeling agencies related activity. The Producer and its representatives are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or damaged entries, or Internet technical, hardware, telephone or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter the selection process. The Producer and its representative are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials related to the selection process. Producer reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the selection process on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity of proper conduct of the selection process. Producer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the selection process or web site. 8. If you are under the age of 18 years and are selected as on of the 16 (sixteen) successful entrants, you may require a Chaperone to accompany you Hawaii. If this is required, it shall be your responsibility to attend to this at your cost.
9. In terms of The Federal Trade Commissions, “Fair Information Practice Principles”, Vision Spy’s Privacy Policy is available for your inspection and appropriate steps have been taken to ensure the security integrity of any information collected from you.
10. The selection of the successful entrants are not “games of chance,” and are not subject to a future contingent event and is in compliance with all relevant Gambling Legislation.
11. This contest is open to aspiring models anywhere in the world.
